Caspian is an AI-native trade compliance and duty recovery platform for importers, exporters, and customs brokers. It connects to 80+ ERP, inventory, and supply chain systems to reconcile customs data, identify duty exposure and overpayments, and file claims directly with CBP. Licensed customs brokers validate and file every claim. Caspian is SOC 2 Type II compliant, CBP ACE certified, and an ABI filer. Services include: Duty Drawback: Caspian evaluates the client's imports and exports to identify potential duty refunds, designs and submits Combined Privileges Applications (CPA), creates import-export matching claims, and files drawback claims with CBP. Payouts are received from CBP on the client's behalf and remitted net of fees. Customs Audit: Evaluates U.S. Customs ACE data, broker import data, and the client's import documents to identify potential errors, tariff overpayments, and compliance gaps. Results are surfaced through the platform to facilitate broker correction conversations, with ongoing consultancy to streamline future compliance. IEEPA Tariff Refunds: Evaluates the client's import documents to identify entries eligible for IEEPA refunds, creates the CAPE declaration, and files with U.S. Customs. Licensed customs brokers on staff work within ACE to identify and resolve access issues with the client's ACE importer account. Duty Optimization Assessment: A structured engagement that reviews the client's ACE and broker data, import documentation, and trade practices to assess compliance risk and identify duty-saving opportunities. Deliverables include a compliance risk and maturity assessment, an optimization analysis with prioritized recommendations, and forward-looking strategic considerations. Fractional Trade Advisory: Ongoing access to a seasoned trade compliance executive for operational Q&A, import/export documentation advisory, resolving "stuck in customs" issues, FTA eligibility analysis and certification support, trade systems guidance, trade policy and impact analysis, and tariff/landed-cost management. Covers trade and customs requests outside more defined scopes of work. Managed Trade Services: Recurring "stay in business" trade operations for frequent importers and exporters, including HTS classification, Free Trade Agreement solicitation and administration, Section 232 solicitation, and post-transaction auditing. A transfer process for new products and transactions is established for high-volume recurring services. Post-Transaction Filing: Post Summary Corrections (PSCs), Customs Protests, and Customs Rulings filed by licensed customs brokers as requested.
