SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) is the enterprise GTM module within the SAP ecosystem, available as part of SAP S/4HANA and as standalone. Capabilities include: customs management (import/export declarations for 50+ countries), export controls and license management (EAR, ITAR, dual-use), restricted party screening (OFAC, EU, UN, 250+ sanction lists), embargo/country controls, free trade agreement management (preference calculation, origin determination), intrastat reporting, bonded warehouse management, and trade finance integration. SAP GTS integrates natively with SAP MM, SD, and EWM modules. Typically deployed for very large multinationals with complex multi-country trade operations. SAP S/4HANA cloud includes embedded trade management features.
